Revd. Dr. Timothy Ibigbami is the Vicar-in -Charge of the African Apostolic Church (TAAC), Mount Wonders and the General Superintendent of TAAC World-Wide. He yielded to the call of God in 1968 and has since been a Pastor and Minister of the Gospel. Before transitioning to other roles, he was the Presiding Pastor of Mount Wonders for over 22 years. As a part time Pastor, he worked tirelessly for the Lord in various parishes of the Church including, TAAC Ketu, True Light Ministry Shomolu, TAAC Ado-Odo, Ogun State, TAAC Odan-Abuja, Ogun State, Holy Trinity Parish, Ebute-Metta, Lagos, TAAC Mount Wonders, Bodija, Ibadan Oyo State. Over the years, his ministerial works since then had brought enormous growth to the lives of members physically, emotionally, financially, and spiritually.
In his quest for the knowledge of the Word of God, Revd. Ibigbami has to his credit Doctorate, Masters, Bachelor and Diploma degrees in Theology. He is a Pastor to Pastors, Bishops, Prophets and Evangelists given the number of years he devoted to training ministers of God at the seminary. He served as the second Principal of TAAC Bible College and became the first Rector of the school when it metamorphosed into African Apostolic Theological Seminary. In recognition of his unquestionable understanding of the scriptures, he was also the first Director of Christian Education in TAAC, an office he held for several years. Revd. Ibigbami is a teacher of the gospel, a talented preacher, a dangerous weapon in the hands of God. He demonstrates and personifies meekness, gentleness as fruits of the spirit. He is a rare gift in the body of Christ. A theologian, counselor, blessed homiletics and administrator; easy going, cheerful and focused minister of the Most-High God.
As a principal officer III due for promotion to level 13, the Lord told him in 1999 to resign his appointment in teaching service for full time ministry and he obeyed. That same year, he was called to the Board of Trustees of TAAC. When the post of General superintendent was vacant, he was divinely appointed and was installed as the in 2007. Since he assumed the role, God has been using him to move the administrative standard of TAAC to the next level, traveling from one branch of TAAC to another for church growth and development. He is the Chairman, ministerial Board of TAAC. Revd. Ibigbami is happily married to a beautiful and loving wife Pastor Grace Ibigbami and the union is blessed with God fearing children and grandchildren.
